As New Year’s Day ended, I found myself drawn to the top of the hill. The sky filled with the glow of the setting sun and stars appeared as twilight brought ever-deepening blue to the heavens above.
My feet were cushioned by grasses where the snow had been washed away in the heavy rains of Christmas. I could wear sneakers in winter as the snow crust remaining was hard and I could walk on top of it. The brook rushed in the ravine below. It sounds echoing and refreshing and the trees gently moaned as the wind gradually eased. I felt immersed in nature with a connection to all beings and things.
The crescent moon shone very brightly as I headed back to my home with glowed with a golden, inviting light. I have found a descriptive word for this warm, friendly, cozy haze.

I love the mythic element of your art. I was blown here by Maria Wulf. Beautiful work. I’ve also followed your etsy page.
