Farm Saga
And here is a link to the blog posts that are part of my writings about Amity Farm, which was our farm in Upstate New York of 70 registered Jersey cows, rotationally grazed in the warm months. The name was inspired by my good Morgan mare, Green Meads Amity. Amity was a wonderful mare who never made it to our farm, but her kind heart was expressed in her name, Amity, which means friendship. Thank you thank you thank you for sharing this! Can’t wait to dive in! And I looovvve your work. I bet I could come up with some beautiful designs reflecting the SW. I have been a portrait artist, done some architectural illustrations, and went to school for commercial art (about 30 years ago) but have really been rather stagnant with it all while raising kids. Now I need this and think it will help me get creative again!
